1. HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS DO WE SEND ON PHOTO DAY?

WE SEND ENOUGH TO ENSURE A SMOOTH RUNNING PHOTO DAY. WE NEVER UNDER STAFF A JOB.
EACH PHOTOGRAPHER IS PAIRED WITH A STYLIST TO ASSIST IN POSING THE STUDENTS. ADVANCED STUDENTS AND TEACHERS CAN ALSO HELP WITH THE POSING.
2. DOES EAP SUPPLY ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK FOR PHOTO DAY?
YES, WE SUPPLY THE ORDER FORMS, SAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS ON THE ORDER FORMS & SIGNAGE TO ANNOUNCE PHOTO DAY.
4. WHO SETS UP THE SCHEDULE FOR PHOTO DAY?
EAP WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE DANCE STUDIO TO ASSIST THEM IN SETTING UP THE SCHEDULE.
5. WHO COLLECTS THE MONEY FOR THE ORDERS?
EAP TAKES CARE OF ALL THE MONEY.
6. CAN SIBLINGS BE PHOT0GRAPHED SEPARATELY AND TOGETHER?
OF COURSE!!! THE CUSTOMER WOULD NEED TO FILL OUT AN ORDER FORM FOR EACH CHILD INDIVIDUALLY AND A SEPARATE ORDER FORM FOR THE TWO CHILDREN TOGETHER. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SIBLINGS TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED TOGETHER.
7. WHAT IS THE STUDIO'S COMMISSION ON THE SALE OF PHOTOGRAPHS?
10%-30% ON THE SALE OF PACKAGES
8. DOES EAP PROVIDE A GROUP DISPLAY FOR THE DANCE STUDIO?
YES, WE SUPPLY A GROUP DISPLAY FOR THE STUDIO AT NO CHARGE
9. WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER DO IF THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR CHILD'S PORTRAITS?
WE OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL PORTRAIT PACKAGES. IF FOR ANY REASON PARENTS DO NOT LIKE THE PICTURES THEY RECEIVE THEY CAN DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
THERE MAY BE A PICTURE IN OUR ARCHIVES THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY PREFER. ALTHOUGH WE ONLY OFFER ONE POSE, OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS DO TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES TO CAPTURE THE BEST EXPRESSION. WE HAVE EXPERTS SELECTING THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHS. HOWEVER THERE MAY BE ONE THAT YOUR CUSTOMER WOULD PREFER. CUSTOMERS CAN CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:00PM TO SEE IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL PICTURES. WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEM TO VIEW PROOFS, AND IF THEY WOULD LIKE ONE OF THE OTHER PICTURES WE WILL EXCHANGE THEM WITH THEM AT NO COST.

THEY CAN SIMPLY RETURN THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO US WITH A NOTE EXPLAINING WHY THEY ARE RETURNING THE PHOTOGRAPHS. A FULL REFUND WILL BE RETURNED TO THEM WITHIN TWO WEEKS.
10. IF THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THEIR PACKAGE AND WANTS TO ORDER MORE PHOTOS CAN THEY?
THERE WILL BE A REORDER FORM INCLUDED IN EVERY PORTRAIT PACKAGE. CUSTOMERS CAN ALSO REORDER ON-LINE ON OUR WEBSITE. RE ORDERS NORMALLY TAKE 3 - 4 WEEKS AND ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME.
